Promoter

The promoter is Huntlee Tavern

Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 12:01am on 1 July 2026 and concludes at 7:00pm on 31 August 2026.

The final draw will commence from 7:00pm on Monday, 31 August 2026 at Huntlee Tavern.

Eligibility

a. Entry is open to AHEMG App members aged 18 years or over.

b. Employees, contractors, suppliers directly associated with the promotion, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

Entry Conditions

a. To be eligible, participants must purchase $30 or more on food in a single transaction at Huntlee Tavern during the promotion period.

b. The participant must scan their AHEMG membership barcode at the time of purchase.

c. Every $30 spent on food in a single transaction equals one (1) automatic entry into the draw.

Examples:

• $30 = 1 entry

• $60 = 2 entries

• $90 = 3 entries

d. Multiple entries are permitted throughout the promotion period.

e. Double entry periods apply Monday to Friday during breakfast and lunch service. Eligible purchases made during these promotional periods will automatically receive double entries.

f. Only food purchases are eligible. Beverage purchases alone do not qualify for entry.

g. All eligible entries will automatically be entered into the major prize draw.

Prize

The following prize will be awarded:

• One (1) Flight Centre Travel Voucher valued at $4,000 AUD.

The voucher may be redeemed towards a holiday destination of the winner's choice, subject to the terms and conditions of Flight Centre.

The prize is not redeemable for cash and is not transferable.

Draw Details

a. The draw will take place from 7:00pm on Monday, 31 August 2026 at Huntlee Tavern.

b. The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries.

c. The winner must be present in the venue at the time of the draw to claim the prize.

d. If the winner is not present when called, a redraw will take place until a valid winner is present.

e. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Membership

Only valid AHEMG App members are eligible to enter.

Customers may join the AHEMG membership program in venue or by downloading the AHEMG App via the App Store or Google Play before making an eligible purchase.

Privacy

By entering this promotion, participants consent to Huntlee Tavern collecting and using their personal information for the administration of this promotion and for future marketing communications in accordance with the venue's Privacy Policy.

Entrants also consent to the use of their name and photograph for promotional purposes should they win, without further compensation.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete or incorrectly recorded entries.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

General

a. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.

b. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

c. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Compliance

This promotion is conducted in accordance with the Community Gaming Act 2018 (NSW) and the Community Gaming Regulation 2020.

No trade promotion authority is required under current NSW legislation.

Governing Law

This promotion is governed by the laws of New South Wales.
