Terms & Conditions – $1,000 Cold Hard Cash Giveaway

1. Promoter
   The promoter is Huntlee Tavern (ABN / company details) located at (venue address).

2. Eligibility
   a. Participation is open to AHEMG App members aged 18 years or older.
   b. Staff and management of Huntlee Tavern or any AHEMG venue are not eligible to enter this promotion.
   c. Contractors (such as trades, suppliers, and third-party vendors) are eligible to participate.

3. Entry Conditions
   a. To be eligible, participants must make a food or beverage purchase at Huntlee Tavern between 7:00 AM and 7:55 PM on any Thursday during the promotion period.
   b. At the time of purchase, participants must scan their AHEMG Member barcode to record the transaction.
   c. Every $4 spent in a single transaction equals one (1) entry into the draw (e.g. $20 = 5 entries).
   d. Participants can enter as many times as they like throughout the day.
   e. The participant must be present in the venue at 8:00 PM (draw time) to claim the prize. If no winner is present, the prize is forfeited or redrawn at the Promoter’s discretion.

4. Prize & Draw Details
   a. The prize is AUD 1,000 in cash, guaranteed to be awarded each Thursday.
   b. The draw will be conducted at 8:00 PM at Huntlee Tavern.
   c. The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries.
   d. Prize must be claimed immediately and in person at the venue.

5. Promotion Period
   The promotion runs for 10 weeks, beginning Thursday, 10 October 2024 and ending Thursday, 18 December 2024.

6. Associated Promotions
   The promotion runs alongside other Thursday offers such as Steak Night, Joker Poker, and Meat Raffles. Participation in those activities does not affect eligibility for the cash draw.

7. Authority & Compliance
   a. This promotion is conducted under the Community Gaming Act 2018 (NSW) and Community Gaming Regulation 2020.
   b. Entry is free upon qualifying purchase, and the promotion complies with NSW Fair Trading guidelines for trade promotions.

8. Record Keeping
   The Promoter will maintain accurate records of entries, draws, and prize distribution in accordance with NSW Fair Trading requirements.

9. Privacy
   By entering, participants consent to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes related to this competition.

    The promotion is governed by the laws of New South Wales.
