Promoter
The promoter is Huntlee Tavern (ABN to be inserted), located at (venue address).
Eligibility
a. Entry is open to AHEMG App members aged 18 years or over
b. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Huntlee Tavern or associated venues are not eligible to enter
Entry Conditions
a. To be eligible, participants must purchase food only at Huntlee Tavern between 7:00am and 12:00am during the promotion period
b. The participant must scan their AHEMG membership barcode at the time of purchase
c. Each $30 spent in a single transaction equals one (1) entry
d. Multiple entries are permitted per person, per day
e. Double entry periods apply during selected times, including Monday to Friday breakfast and lunch periods
f. All valid entries will be placed into one major draw barrel
g. Entries close at 7:00 PM on 25 June 2026
h. Participants must be present in venue from 7:00 PM on 25 June 2026 to be eligible to win. If not present, the prize will be redrawn
Draw & Prize Details
a. The draw will take place from 7:00 PM on 25 June 2026 at Huntlee Tavern
b. One (1) major prize winner will be drawn first and will receive a $4,000 Flight Centre voucher
c. Additional winners will then be drawn for remaining prizes, including but not limited to:

Bridge Climb experience
Bathurst Hot Laps

VIP family dinner
d. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries
e. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash unless otherwise stated
f. All prizes must be claimed immediately in venue at the time of draw
